Bought a queen mattress and after only 2 weeks I was sleeping on an indentation on my bed. Contacted the store after I was told to give it mre time and took it to customer service. They had someone come out and measure it and because it was only 1.25 inches ot 1.5 inches the only thong I could o was pay a 10% restocking fee plus $100 delivery fee on top of the cost difference for a new / better matress. Needless to say I didn't go back nor will I ever go back for another mattress. I am stuck with a bed worse than the one I got rid of.
